A few shared ground rules.

These terms govern your use of Worldlet, its Mac app, website and supporting services, provided by Clockless LLC. By using Worldlet, you agree to these terms.

Using Worldlet

You may use Worldlet to organize information and interact with your connected services, subject to these terms and applicable law. Only connect accounts and use content you have permission to access. Keep your device, API keys and account credentials secure. Do not use Worldlet to bypass access controls, infringe others' rights, distribute malware or disrupt a service.

You must be able to agree to these terms under applicable law. Worldlet is not intended for children under 13.

Your content and permissions

You retain your rights to your content. You authorize the processing necessary to provide features you request or enable, as described in our Privacy Policy. Connecting an account does not transfer ownership of that account or its content to us.

You can disconnect sources, revoke third-party permissions and stop using Worldlet. Disconnection and uninstalling do not necessarily remove previously saved local data; contact us for deletion assistance.

AI and automated organization

Fox's responses and automatically extracted tasks, events and updates may be incomplete or wrong. Check important information against its original source and review actions before relying on them. Worldlet is not a substitute for professional medical, legal or financial advice, and it is not an emergency service.

Source checks are not comprehensive backups or guarantees that every message, deadline or change will be detected. Maintain appropriate backups of important information.

Third-party services and costs

Model providers, account connectors and Applet websites are third-party services. Their terms, privacy policies, availability and charges apply separately. You are responsible for usage charges associated with the accounts and API keys you connect. Model access or trial credits are not included unless an offer explicitly says otherwise.

A third-party subscription may not support every model or integration. We do not control third-party restrictions, authentication requirements, rate limits or service changes. Applet logos identify the corresponding services and do not imply their endorsement of Worldlet.

Availability and changes

Worldlet is an evolving product. Features may be incomplete, change or become unavailable. We may provide updates, change integrations or stop providing a feature. Where practicable, we will communicate material changes affecting use of the product.

Worldlet and its services are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or error-free results. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and responsibility for indirect or consequential losses arising from use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Software and ending use

Worldlet's software and branding remain subject to their applicable intellectual-property rights. Included open-source components are governed by their own licenses. These terms do not restrict rights those licenses grant you.

You may stop using Worldlet at any time. We may limit supporting-service access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks or legal requirements.

Updates to these terms and contact

We may revise these terms as Worldlet evolves and will post the updated date here. Material changes will be communicated through the website or app where appropriate. If you do not agree with updated terms, stop using the affected services.
